  • Tip 1 - Get comfortable

    • You spend hours parked in your office chair; a beautiful, ergonomically correct, comfortable seat is worth every dime. To help combat the destruction of our backs as we WFH, we’ve shared a few of our favorites below.

  • Tip 2 - Declutter & Wire management

    • Many home offices aren't swimming in square footage, so using a space efficiently is imperative. Hang floating shelves on the walls to get papers and office equipment off the desk, and use vertical file folders on the desk to keep important papers within arm's reach. Are you a stacker or a filer? If you tend to make piles, get a nice basket to tame your mail, notes and papers. If you prefer a clean desktop, designate one drawer for your "to-do" papers. Wooden or metal cube storage is a fun alternative to bookshelves, since each space can be used for books, knickknacks or baskets of odds-and-ends. Electrical cords can become a tangled mess inside a drawer or desktop. Use a small, stylish storage container to store and hide all the wires.

  • Tip 3 - Get greenery

    • The world's most successful companies are incorporating indoor plants, vertical gardens, and courtyard landscaping into their office designs…why not replicate that at home?! Office greenery—or biophilic design—increases workplace happiness and heightens productivity

  • Tip 4 - Ambient lighting

    • Sometimes light and bright is best. Here's a bright idea… make sure your office has plenty of light to cut down on eye strain and headaches. Position the computer monitor so there's no glare from a window or overhead light, and put a small lamp on the desk for task lighting.

  • Tip 5 - Partitions if necessary!

    • Having an office in the home, whether it’s your primary workspace or a place where you get a bit of work done on the weekends, is nice. Of course, many people don’t have the luxury of having a separate room that they can use for their office. The glass office partitions can be used at home to provide you with a nice workspace that is separate from the rest of the home. You will have space where you can work and meet with coworkers online if you need to have a meeting. Having a dedicated space where you can work from and meet with coworkers helps to ensure that you are focused and that you don’t have to worry about anyone walking through and disturbing the meeting..
